The
Xeikon 5000 is quality for the long run. The Xeikon 5000
is the next generation digital colour web fed printing
press. It provides us with consistent quality, exceptional
productivity and proven reliability.The Xeikon 5000 is
equipped with an online densitometer offering perfect
front to back and colour registration. Production output
of up to 7800 colour pages per hour, with additional features
including variable data, memory for storage of hi-res
images on the Xeikon itself.

The
Xerox Docucolour 260 provides CRi with a quick, simple
to use, high resolution, flexible digital print solution.
It provides us with outstanding image quality, a choice
of feeding capabilities and a wide range of paper weights
(80-300 gsm). This combined with a high output volume
(60ppm colour, 75 ppm black & white) means that we
can respond to our clients needs very rapidly.

CRi
has 2 fully equipped Heidelberg Speedmaster SM52 presses,
a 5 colour and a 2 colour, with printing plates supplied
CTP (Computer to plate) via Highwater platinum 2218. These
presses handle B3 sheet size max 370mm x 520mm, at speeds
of 3000-15000 sheets per hour. They have IR dryers on
the 5 colour press for quick back up of sheets.

The
Hewlett Packard Designjet 5000 large format ink jet printer
has an impressive output of 1524mm width x 10m (mtrs)
length. The inks are dye based or UV. This large format
print system is ideal for exhibition panels, banners and
posters.

range of print finishing. Wire and comb binding, perfect
(book) binding, foil blocking for dissertation/thesis, encapsulation,
lamination, mounting, stitch, crease, perforation and fold.
We can also create scratch cards, banners, strutted showcards for POS.
Whatever your print requirement, we can find a cost effective

We
have on site warehousing with fork lift truck facilities,
so if space is a premium at your premises we can store
items for you. We have our own dedicated van and driver
so that we can control distribution, as well as having
a strong relationship with APC couriers for next day delivery
UK wide. Being based in the East Midlands, we have excellent
communication links by road, rail and air. |

At
CRi we understand the need for speed & to be able
to respond quickly to our clients requirements. In order
to support this we have our very own secure FTP (file
transfer protocol) server, which we can set up for those
clients who wish to electronically transfer files to us,
or for us to provide digital proofs. Access is simple
and via a username and password. Clients can easily create
their own folder structure, to suit the needs of their
business. We are also in the process of developing online
ordering facilities. |
